Description
The Fulflo ACP10F300AR Relief Valve, part of the A-Series Hydraulic Bypass, measures 3″ in size, features a cast steel body, and operates with an internal pilot. It’s rated for 300 RF and is approved by API 520 & 614. These A-Series Internal Pilot operated valves handle pressures up to 500 psi.
Fulflo valves deliver efficient, chatter-free operation, making them ideal for continuous duty.
Application: Use the Fulflo ACP10F300AR Relief Valve in various applications, including hydraulic and lubrication systems, for load regulation and system protection.
Installation: Mount Fulflo valves in any position. Insert a tee in the pump discharge line to install the valve. Support pipe lines carrying heavy valves well and avoid overhung weights. Use the correct valve size, preferably matching the pipeline size. Threaded valves (AAD and ACD) thread directly into pipe nipples, and avoid overhung weights on threads. Flanged valves (AADF and ACDF) bolt to the companion flange, which may be threaded or welded to the pipe. Pipe the valve outlet to the supply tank unless specific applications require alternate return line piping. Ensure the discharge remains well below the oil level in the tank to prevent air entrainment and erratic operation.
Setting: Use a hydraulic hand pump to set the valve for cracking pressure. If a test stand is available, connect the valve to the discharge header with the pump bypass open. Gradually close the bypass until the desired pressure appears on the gauge.
Maintenance: Fulflo valves ensure reliable, chatter-free operation when the system remains free of abrasives and foreign matter. Continuous filtration of the liquid used is strongly recommended.
